Like climate change, our habits are being undermined. Like Mother Nature, our certainties - hit, shaken, eaten away by disasters, planetary phenomena and the accidents of life - are declining.

The mineral is raw; this energy fascinates and challenges me. Each layer of sedimentation recalls the value of time in the light of past centuries.

With calm and concentration, I like to observe this rough material, and in this space, create my drawings slowly. The black powder of the graphite mine which slowly caresses the paper gives rise to my questions, the ink traces my emotions.
